Her upcoming collection Paperwork is a performance-based, long-form generative AI collection of digital paper sculptures carved from individual emotional responses to the spoken-word poetry of Ana María Caballero. Throughout 2023, Caballero performed her poems in numerous venues across the world, inviting audience members to write down one word in response to her verse on sheets of paper. She gathered these slips of paper—these distilled, private moments of connection—and used each word to actuate Paperwork’s compositions, honoring paper’s sculptural eloquence and materializing lived experiences via the digital form.

The name of his upcoming collection is “Vértigo Las Luces” (Vertigo the Lights), “inspired by long exposure photographs I took in Buenos Aires. It consists of several particle systems following two simple attractor systems. These particle systems are modified and adjusted to compose the final images. BLINK is the upcoming collection they created for Buenos Aires. It is a real-time generative system inspired by vanitas paintings and the mesmerizing chromatic patterns of thin film interference. We compose dynamic, ever-changing bubble surfaces with reflected noise fields and random streams, some of the primitive components of generative art. The effect is contradictory, both planetary and fleeting: in ictu oculi — in the blink of an eye.

Her new collection, Souls from Gaia is a delve into the sublime. This piece intends to spread curiosity about the continuity between all living and non-living beings of the cosmos. It becomes from questioning the edges of worlds and ideas already defined by Occidental antropocentrated society as rigid concepts. A coming and going between tangible to ethereal, invisible and visible, nature and technology, chaos and logic.

Thomas created Desde Lejos for Buenos Aires, which delves into the perception of places viewed from afar. It is a reflection on remnants of moments now part of my distant past. This series of digital paintings uses pixels to echo cherished memories via fragmented sceneries.
